Conversations in the Mobile App

We’ve just shipped a bunch of quality‑of‑life improvements to the Training Tilt mobile apps! Both Android and iOS are rolling out now (iOS finishing its staged release over the next few days), and White‑Label/Ultimate Plan customers will see their custom apps update in the coming week.

In this episode, I walk you through:
  • Bug fixes
– Calendar now always jumps to today instead of sometimes scrolling randomly
– Social‑group image uploads on Android work again
– Workout‑description links are clickable on every device
  • Workout detail screen overhaul
– New header with title, duration & intensity summary
– Structured chart supports multiple targets per interval
– “Send to device” and downloads dropdown right up top
  • Inline videos & recipes
– All linked media appears right below the workout—no extra taps
  • Tab reorganization
– Downloads moved into Details, map moved into Analysis
– New standalone tabs for Conversation, Feel Score, and Actual Perceived Exertion
  • Conversation‑style comments
– Workout comments now live as threaded conversations, matching the web app
  • Client Notes go mobile
– Full “Client Notes” conversation UI, private (yellow) vs. client‑visible notes
– Coaches and clients can both chat in‑app, plus switch between multiple clients
– Web app also gets the new conversation view under Communication (off by default for now—toggle it on in Settings)

What’s next?

I’m gearing up to polish social groups and group chat over the next few weeks, then bring our web‑only “Performance” analytics into the apps. Got a feature in the web app you’d love on mobile? Let me know—I’ll scope it and see what’s involved.

Enjoy the update, and happy coaching!
