Balancing AI Speed with Coaching Judgement
AI is helping me get more done than ever before.
I can create content faster, build resources quicker, write better, and move ideas forward in a fraction of the time it used to take. But lately I've noticed a downside that I don't hear many people talking about.
The more productive AI makes me, the easier it is to take on too many projects, switch contexts constantly, and feel like I'm somehow falling behind despite working harder than ever.
In this episode, I share some of my own struggles using AI inside Training Tilt and explore why the challenge is no longer creating things. It's deciding what deserves your attention. I talk about decision fatigue, unfinished projects, overwhelming customers with too much content, and why judgment is becoming more valuable than ever in an AI-powered world.
I also share a few practical strategies I'm using to help myself slow down, focus on what matters, and avoid turning AI into another source of stress.
If you've been using AI in your coaching business and finding yourself busier, more distracted, or overwhelmed by all the possibilities, I think you'll relate to this one.
The goal isn't to become a content factory. The goal is to build a better coaching business.
